Changes and Cancellations to Your Booking
Where you have reserved a room on a refundable rate, your prepayment will be refunded to you as per the cancellation policy detailed below if you need to cancel or change your booking. For bookings on a non-refundable rate, the entire prepayment will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may only cancel or change a booking if it has been made on a refundable rate. Please contact the Reservations Department for any cancellation or changes you may wish to make. We will inform you if a requested change is possible, and we will send you a confirmation email with the new booking details if the change is accepted.
We request you to consider the flexibility built into the rates and the cancellation clauses as mentioned below. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for bookings made on a non-refundable rate or for bookings not cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
Guests booking through third parties and online travel agents are required to clarify the terms and conditions with the service provider before making a booking.
Cancellation Policy
High Season: 15 April – 15 July and 19 December to 3 January
Note: This cancellation policy also applies to bookings made for long weekends and during festive seasons.
* Cancellation by you up to 15 days before arrival – Full refund. After that, no refund.
* Non-Arrival: In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the Hotel will retain the entire deposit paid at the time of making the booking.
Low Season: 16 July – 18 December and 4 January to 14 April
* Cancellation by you up to 7 days before arrival – Full refund. After that, no refund.
* Non-Arrival: In the event that the guest does not show up (No show) and no notification of cancellation has been received, the Hotel will retain the entire deposit paid at the time of making the booking.
A transactional fee will be levied on all payments made via Credit Card/Debit Card and UPI transfers for refunds and cancellations. This fee is levied by the bank and is usually between 0.2% – 3.5%, depending on the mode of payment used.
Please note that special or discounted rates, packages, offers, and vouchers may have separate cancellation clauses. Please check the terms and conditions on these offers before booking rooms at these rates.
We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellations. Exceptions cannot be made, regardless of the circumstances.
Packages and Special Offers:
For bookings made for packages that include additional facilities and services, such as restaurant reservations, the Hotel’s general cancellation policy will also apply to cancellations or changes for these additional facilities. All outsourced services will have the cancellation policy of the respective third-party agency. You should make your own inquiries into any outsourced agency cancellation policies at the time of making your reservation.
Failure to Arrive:
If you fail to arrive for your stay before 10:00 PM IST on the day of arrival and you have not notified us of any delay, and no cancellation or change of booking has been received in writing and duly acknowledged by us, the entire prepayment will be payable and retained by us, and your accommodation will be released.
Cancellation or Change Made by Us:
We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking; however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund and will have no further liability to you regarding the cancellation. In the event of over-booking, we will assist you with relocation to alternative accommodation.
By making your reservation, you accept that our cancellation and change policy is fair and reasonable, balancing your expectation of a refund with our legitimate risk of not being able to re-sell accommodation or other services when cancellations are made at short notice.
