Terms & Conditions: Extra Bed/Person will be charged @ Rs.500/- Per day.

Taxes:

• 10% Luxury tax on Room Tariff
  
• Sales Tax / VAT on Food & Beverages - as applicable

Payment & Cancellation:

• Full or 50% by Cash/Cheque in favour of "Hotel Fairmount " Payable at New Delhi at the time of reservation.
  
• 50% refund will be made if cancelled/ postponed upto 72 hours prior to reservation date. No refunds shall be made after this period.
  
• All room reservations will be retained upto 1800 hours only unless late arrival intimated in advance.
  Note: The Management reserves the right to alter or modify the facilities provided along.
