Terms and Conditions:

• Extra Person with extra bed will be charged at Rs.750/- + Tax per night.
  
• Extra Person without extra bed will be charged at Rs.500/- + Tax per night.
  
• Meal Supplement (per pax per day) Breakfast : Rs.200, Lunch : Rs.350, Dinner : Rs.350 exclusive of taxes.
  

Taxes:

• 10% Luxury Tax on Room Tariff
  
• 5.15% Service Tax Extra
  
• Sales Tax / VAT on Food & Beverages - as applicable

Payment Terms :

• All bookings are provisional till the payments are received by us in one the following bank accounts:

Cancellation Policy :

• 25% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 7 days in advance from check-in date.
• 75% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 3 days in advance from check-in date.
• 100% of the total amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 2 days in advance from check-in date.
